We had a very busy weekend and Anders got to spend a lot of time with Meme. We did get two cute pictures.

Big Trip to Kennewick

It was a whirlwind 40 hours in Kennewick filled with surprises and love. Anders and Hudson (Cory and Amber's youngest, who is 25 hrs younger) were two year old divas. In case you weren't convinced that Anders is attached to a ball, just watch how he tantrums if Hudson tries to touch the ball in his hands. In retrospect, I should have gotten video. 

Nana, Doodah and Anders trekked to the school next door, ball in hand of course, for some Sunday entertainment. 

Anders learned how to suck and hold a cup to his face and run. Good coordination?

And finally

We got a puppy! Yep. And Australian Shephard/Standard Poodle mix.  Despite neither of those breeds being on our short list, somehow the mix rose to the top. Name is still being decided, but for now we call her Honey. She is pretty darn mellow, very soft and sticks right by our side. Anders is vaguely interested, definitely not scared by her and has been very gentle. Eemie is the most annoyed, but we're confident she'll take the high road.
