Anders does now that he is big enough ride in the stroller sans carseat (Can you believe how fast that happened??).

While his hands may not go above his shoulders, it's definitely intentional (this is the best of 3 videos) and can be replicated (as long as his isn't tired). Wendy's hard work paid off!
